Accountancy Action is currently recruiting for a permanent Purchase Ledger assistant to join a fast growing global business. This is a great opportunity for an individual to kick start their finance career within a reputable business.

The purpose of the role is to maintain the accounts payable ledger, reporting directly to the Financial Controller.

Main Duties:

  • Processing invoices daily
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Ensure authorisation are in line with company policy before payment
  • Planning of payment runs
  • Cash postings
  • Supplier reconciliations
  • Posting credit card statements
  • Daily multi-currency bank reconciliations

Candidates must be enthusiastic and switched on, ready to take on a hands on role within a busy environment.
