IT Support Analyst
A leading UK-based law firm is currently looking to hire an IT Support Analyst to join their team of 12, 5 of whom work on the service desk.
Supporting over 400 users, the successful candidate will provide 1st and 2nd line support, working to resolve helpdesk queries over the phone and in person, equipment configuration, back up maintenance and software installation.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in:
- Win 7 and MS Office 2010
- day-to-day administration of Active Directory and MS Exchange 2010
- supporting case management systems (ideally LexisNexis VisualFiles)
- networking (patching, knowledge of DNS/DCHP)
- VMware Horizon View or other VDI technologies.
