We have several fabulous opportunities for confident and self-motivated Department Managers to represent a historic luxury fashion house who has dominated the catwalks with unique styles and unrivalled sophistication. My client is well known for combining innovation and experimentation in shapes and colours with next-level craftsmanship.

This iconic brand is looking for Department Managers to cover the following individual departments across various prestigious locations in Central London:

1 x Leather Goods
2 x Ladies RTW 

The successful candidates will be in charge of their Department in a very exclusive premise in Central London final destination for an international clientele. The role requires to work closely with the store manager to run the store operations smoothly and meeting the business goals.

Main duties of this role will include:

- Driving sales and the achievement of the KPIs
- Analysing the trade and implementing action plans to increase the department profitability
- Setting group and individual target and monitoring regularly the staff performance
- Building and developing long-lasting relationship with customers by implementing the CRM tools
- Training the team on the product, selling ceremony and clientelling
- Delivering one-to-one coaching sessions and discussing individual performance
- Acting as a front-of-house manager, leading by example by delivering the ultimate customer experience
- Motivating and supporting the team to achieve the target set
- Ensuring the Visual Merchandising standards are met and maintained at all times
- Stock and inventory management

Person requirements:

- Significant experience as a Supervisor/Team leader with a luxury brand
- In depth knowledge of leather goods
- Confident, proactive and able to think commercially
- Proven experience of developing previous businesses and developing a strong portfolio of regular customers
- A motivational leader able to inspire the team and drive them to exceed expectations
- Excellent financial and administrations skills
- Able to multi-task and work towards tight deadlines
- Organised, professional and goal-oriented
