Guest Experience Manager
The Retail Operations division of Exsurgo is currently recruiting for a leading confectionary brand. Our client is looking to recruit a Guest Experience Manager for their flagship site in London. The primary focus of this position is to create an exceptional guest experience through hiring high calibre retail talent, training and developing managers, supervisors and associates to deliver an interactive and engaging, visually appealing “shoppertainment” environment.
Trains and develops the team to ensure that the store meets and exceeds quantifiable performance targets.
Coach supervisors to drive sales through the engagement and productivity of instore associates.
Partners with the Store Director to develop the strategies and plans to achieve sales growth through business analysis, action planning, effective communication and consistent accountability.
Role models the behaviours of an effective manager on duty and manages effective supervision to drive sales by consistently delivering an exceptional guest service.
