JUNIOR SOUS CHEF - £28,000 - STUNNING BRASSERIE - LONDON
This stunning brasserie, which is overseen by a very talented Head Chef, is seeking a passionate and food focused Junior Sous Chef to join its brigade. You will be creating fresh British/European cuisine and this establishment uses only the best seasonal, organic produce, all which are sourced from British farms and producers. You will ideally have experience within establishments of at least a 1/2 AA Rosette rating.
As Junior Sous Chef, you will be working closely with the head chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen as well as be involved in the training and development of the junior chefs in the brigade. You will also be given the opportunity to learn all the aspects of running a kitchen which would be beneficial as your career progresses. A salary of £28,000 per annum is available for the right Junior Sous Chef.
