Senior IT Support; 2nd / 3rd Line paying up to £35k is required by one of London's leading managed service providers offering on-site support as well as remote support from the Company's HQ in Finchley. The Company offer IT support to companies ranging in user bases of 10 - 100.

The Senior IT Support; 2nd / 3rd Line will have experience of call escalation as well as being integral when it comes to project work. You will also be expected to be the focal point for the client's IT business needs. A background in MSPs would be ideal.

MS Exchange 2007 - 2016

Ethernet, TCP/IP, routing and firewall
iPad, iPhone, Android Devices

As Senior IT Support Analyst you will require excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as being strong technically and possessing strong analytical skills.

For the right person, the Company will pay up to £35k.
