Human Capital Ventures is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a truly globally organisation and industry leaders with a diverse user community in excess of 50,000 employees spanning the globe for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their IT Operation Centre.
Successful candidates will possess a minimum of 18 months’ technical support experience ideally within a Service Desk Function troubleshooting high volumes of tickets through live messenger, over the phone and remotely. Candidates should hold a high level of proficiency with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Business Applications such as Office365, Active Directory, Exchange with any knowledge of Lotus Notes and Citrix desirable. Good all round desktop and mobile hardware, software and connectivity troubleshooting and general Enterprise IT Technologies support experience.
This position is working standard business hours from our client plush offices located in the Centre of Milton Keynes offering a starting basic salary of £24,000 per annum with excellent benefits including 26 days holiday, private medical and good pensions along with a whole host of others, not to mentions the opportunity’s for professional development and career progression.
