The Job Role
This is an exciting and challenging role with a new start up fitness company which has already Won awards for the best new coming company, with progression to expand in America and Australia.

Main Responsibilities:
*Providing excellent levels of customer care and support being the first point of contact
*Providing knowledge of products and service to customers to ensure they are advised appropriately
*Completing and writing up policies and procedures - experience in this would be of an advantage
*Providing support to the CEO
*Ordering stock and products
*Completing all general administration processes
*Managing the staff and leading by example
*Writing reports
*Working to deadlines

*Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm
*No weekend or bank holiday work
*25 days holiday
*Monthly Bonus scheme

The Candidate -

from a fitness background or have a passion for Fitness would be a high advantage

*Previous experience working within the fitness industry or knowledge of the industry would be of an advantage
*Customer service experience
*Experience of writing processed and procedures
*Be Presentable and professional
*Able to work well under pressure
*Honest, loyal and reliable
*Computer literate, Excel, Word.
*Experience within a Start up company would be beneficial
*Somebody who enjoys working in a busy environment
