Hours: Contracted 37.5 hours a week, working between 8.00am 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, with a flexible approach to work outside these core hours when required.

Williams Lea Tag seeks a skilled, highly motivated Creative Director to work in a 9 month FTC role onsite at a leading banking establishment in London, beginning in May. The purpose of the role is to ensure delivery of high quality creative production material, and to grow the volume, scope, and variety of work delivered by the Creative Services studio. The Creative Director will be responsible for building strong client relationships with key stakeholders, and winning work, key projects and large campaigns. The successful applicant will need to bring creativity and innovation to the role, helping clients address and overcome the challenges they face. In addition, the Creative Director will be expected to support and develop the graphic designers and web designers within the team to enhance their skill set and the overall service delivered from the studio.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal client should possess strong communication skills, be articulate, personable and confident. They should enjoy working with and presenting to clients, and will need to take a collaborative, proactive approach to handling issues and supporting these clients. You will be experienced in leading a team of designers and have an in depth knowledge and understanding of design and production across printed and digital disciplines. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing yours and others workloads, and overseeing multiple campaigns effectively. The ability to work on your own initiative and in a team environment, often under pressure and to strict deadlines, is necessary. You should be educated to a degree level in a relevant discipline, preferably with solid experience in the Design sector.
