Covering the whole of the Bristol area as well as North, South, East and West Somerset, North Bristol, South Gloucestershire and Bath

We are curreently looking for a Project manager to conduct Project Management of various projects in the South West,working on Residential Refurbishment/Restoration/Fit out projects ranging from £100K to £1.5 million.

- Planning, programming and monitoring progress of the projects

- Preparation and presentation of technical and progress reports.

- Managing / liaising with stakeholders / consultants and contractors

- Appraisal of contractors’ work

- Communication and meetings with clients and key stakeholders

You will have good knowledge of the construction delivery process from initial feasibility stages through planning, procurement, and delivery, leading to close-out and Client satisfaction.(Client satisfaction is paramount and so is the ability to be able to travel as this is an expanding business with new projects in the offing.) In addition should be knowledgeable with Contract Administration, Risk Management, and Stakeholder Management.

You will have a proven track record of working within a consultancy business, and/or a developer or other client environment, and will have been actively involved in the management of £multi-million construction projects. You will have excellent management and communication skills.

Candidates should also have skills in use of MS Office and programme management software.
