An amazing chance to own, define and grow the Digital Analytics practice at this house-hold brand! In this role you will be joining a brand-new digital analytics hub, as part of an intelligent, growing and talented department. As the Senior Digital Analytics Manager you'll be directly responsible for the day-to-day management of the team as well as becoming the main point of contact for the wider business, evangelising a data driven approach to digital strategy.

THE ROLE

  • Drive the evolution of this exciting new business area, managing the on-going reporting and insight infrastructure.
  • Create and manage a test and learn programme.
  • Become the in-house Web Analytics champion, driving the importance of Web Analytics throughout the business.
  • Deliver clear and actionable recommendations to improve and optimise the customer experience.
  • Identify and implement new processes around MI and eCommerce Optimisation.
  • Manage a top-quality team of Digital Analytics specialists spanning Site, Media, CRM and Social.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive hands-on experience using Web Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SiteCatalyst, IBM DA (Coremetrics) etc.
  • A strong track record driving conversion in an eCommerce environment.
  • A/B testing and Multivariate Testing (MVT) experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including strong presentation experience.
  • A natural entrepreneurial curiosity and a desire to work autonomously.
  • Line management experience.

SALARY

If successful in your application you will receive a basic salary ranging up to £55,000 + Benefits.
