We are currently looking for a Bilingual Accounts Administrator, able to speak fluent English with the additional fluent language of Polish, Slovakian, Czech, French, German or Nordics .  You will be working within the accounts/administration team of a leading global manufacturer, responsible for providing sales ledger administration and credit control to the team.

Duties for the Accounts Administrator include:

  • Processing high volumes of invoices accurately, ensuring they are coded correctly & matching receipted purchase orders, and where variances occur proactively communicate to the business and suppliers.
  • Logging & scanning of all received invoices in our ERP system
  • Proactively problem solving, with a good understanding of when to escalate to Team Leader/Supervisor or Accounts Payable Manager.
  • Whilst being accountable for your own workload and task ensure that the needs of the wider team are met by assisting where necessary.
  • Assist in the month end process which will include creation and inputting of journals.
  • Ensure awareness of internal customer requirements and resolving issues by means of visiting the various sites and communicate on a face to face basis with varying levels of staff.
  • Assist with the preparation of payment runs to facilitate approval.
  • Reconcile supplier statements, making certain that all copy invoices are requested and any errors or omissions are investigated and resolved.
  • Perform other day to day tasks e.g. Filing, scanning and other ad hoc duties as required and delegated.


The successful Accounts Administrator will have:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience of working in a busy accounts payable function.
  • AAT or working towards your AAT
  • Ability to build relationships with internal customers and suppliers.
  • 2nd language business fluent
  • Knowledge of SOX
  • Knowledge of ERP e.g. Oracle, SAP or Baan
