We are looking for a motivated sous chef to come and the running of this fantastic new Restaurant in Staines. The 9th addititon to this very exciting, expanding group of Gastro Pubs opened at the end of November and it has been turned into a stylish but welcoming 'local' offering an extensive range of drinks and interesting all day dining.
We are looking for an organised individual who really understands the importance of structure and consistency within a small branded company who is looking to grow and further expand their knowledge. You will need strong leadership skills, this coupled with your ability to work well under pressure in a high volume establishement. You will help to lead the team and have a good understanding of Health & Saferty & compliance.
You will work alongside the Head Chef in ensuring the day to running of the kitchen is smooth and that you deliver excellent food standards at all times. With an emphasis on fresh food, the menu revolves around the top of the range Stonebaked Pizza Oven in the main kitchen and also focus on fantastic steaks and grill items. Sundays are focussed on the high end Carvery that allow for mulitple sittings across the afternoon in the 150 cover bar/restaurant.
