Audley currently require a Finance Manager to join their new-build development team on a permanent basis. This role will play a key part in managing the budgets of new-build developments across the country.


As Finance Manager you will help ensure that new build developments adhere to strict budget requirements. You will regularly scrutinize figures, invoices, balances, and business plans to keep developments within budgets and agreed time frames. These developments will be at varying levels of completion ranging from land purchases to final completion and hand over. The Finance Manager will be directly responsible for keeping a track of monthly, quarterly, and yearly outgoings ensuring all contractors are paid on time and in line with agreed rates. You will regularly submit reports to the board of directors and formulate financial forecasts which will form an integral part of business strategy.

Person required:

This role requires a numbers-orientated finance professional with a strong attention to detail and a critical problem-solving approach to finance. You will be a logical, diligent person with a strong communication style and professional demeanor. A good working knowledge of Excel is essential (vlookups, embedded formulas etc) as is a strong understanding of VAT rules and regulations.
