Our Role:

THE HERO PROJECT is looking for a Social Media superstar to drive social media strategy and create exciting content for a new British skincare brand! This is a fantastic opportunity for a beauty enthusiast to join a great team. Reporting to the Global Brand Manager you’ll own the social media channels and work wonders in order to bring even more love from our fans.

We need someone who:

  • Maximises brand online footprint with bespoke social media strategy definition and implementation.

  • Always implementing proactive measures to guarantee positive ROI on all social media activities.

  • Creates social listening & blogger / vlogger relationship building.

  • Drives and seeks out product reviews’ before and after content.

  • Links and implements social media tactics aligned with brand keyword and SEO strategies.

  • Looks for new trends, new concepts, new ways to improve our social media strategy for the brand.

And that will look after:

  • Creating synergies and works on all major social media platforms - Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Google+ and YouTube plus any others potential ones identified as relevant.

  • Helping to create and supporting marketing content for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, and customers).

  • Having a deep knowledge of the brand tone and DNA to be able to produce the right pieces to publish.

  • Communicating to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.

The Perks
