Bluecrest are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our inbound sales team, handling calls from customers about our range of Health Assessment products.

- Speaking to customers over the phone in a polite, efficient and professional manner
- NO COLD CALLING
- Hitting targets by upselling additional tests where relevant
- Assisiting new and existing customers
- Logging information on calls received and maintain detailed, accurate records
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Personality and enthusiasm
- A positive attitude
- Good self-management, time management and organisational skills
- Goal oriented and self-motivated. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Basic Salary of £15,015 and realistic OTE of £18K - £19K, 'YOU at WORK' benefits, free health screenings for friends and family and regular other incentives
- 28 days holiday a year (including bank holidays)

Various shifts are worked on a rotational basis:
- Monday- Friday 8am - 6pm (08:00 - 16:00, 09:00 - 17:00 or 10:00 - 18:00)
- Occasional Saturdays 10am - 3pm
