Working as an Assistant Team Administrator for our client who are predominately A UK based consultancy in the Facilities Management sector.

Days - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
(can be flexible on these but must work on Monday)

Hours: 09:00 - 17:30pm

Your Key Duties and Tasks:
General Admin:
Telephone and Receptionist duties
Binding & Photo Copying
Emails
Office supplies (Ocado, Post Office, Stationery Company)
Providing refreshments for Clients
Supply orders for Water Cooler & Coffee machine
Recycling scheme of toner
Arrange couriers
Diary Management
Filing/Archiving
QA info in files

You will have/be;
Good organisational skills
Good verbal and interpersonal competence
Collaborative, flexible working style
Professional approach
Proactive, reliable and responsible

IT Knowledge:
MS Word, Excel (Intermediate), PowerPoint & Outlook
MS Project (Basic understanding)
