Working in conjunction with client facing Account Managers you will be tasked in line with our clients requirements to source IT contractors / candidates in a competitive market using a variety of tools. These will include: searching our CRM database, various proprietary job boards, LinkedIn and social media, online advertising and proactive candidate networking / referrals in order to proactively build candidate pools. You will then qualify appropriate candidates effectively by interviewing them against the key knowledge, skills and experience in light of the clients requirements to produce a short-list. You will then co-ordinate interviews, prepare candidate interview briefing packs, take post interview feedback and where appropriate close offers for acceptance. Throughout the process you will be responsible for ensuring compliance and the provision of service excellence for all candidates. Once you have proven your ability to 'deliver' you will be considered for opportunities to progress into Account Co-ordination / Management which will bring client facing duties into your remit.

The Person: You will have proven experience working in a results based environment, ideally in a recruitment, account delivery or candidate resourcing environment, preferably within the IT recruitment market, however, this is not essential. You will be focussed, determined, enjoy working to and exceeding targets, and have first class customer service skills. You will be keen to take advantage of Reed's market leading training and personal development to kick start your career in IT recruitment.

All job offers are subject to satisfactory references and compliance with vetting requirements applicable to the job role. Reed Specialist Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer. We aim to ensure that no candidate or employee receives less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, race, disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief, age, gender reassignment, marital or civil partnership status, pregnancy or maternity. We offer a guaranteed interview scheme for disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria.
