I am looking for an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join a Mortgage Broker in a very central location in Wolverhampton with a lovely working environment. This vacancy can be flexible, either part time or full time hours.

The duties of this position will include - 
-Taking telephone calls for Mortgage enquiries 
-Making appointments and handling diary management
-Managing documentation and maintaining records as required by FCA
-Maintaining an FCA compliant mortgage file
-Submitting applications and following the application all the way through the process
-General typing and point of contact responding to all enquiries via letters and emails 
-Acting as PA in other areas of the business

This position can be flexible to either Part time or Full time hours, the salary will depend on the hours and the experience of the candidate applying.

To be considered for this position you must have Mortgage admin experience working with a broker or lender and have the ability to administer mortgage applicants from the initial submission right through to completion.

Knowledge of the mortgage industry is essential 
CeMap qualification is desirable

You must have a minimum of 5 GCSE including maths and English to grade C and the ability to type proficiently and good knowledge of computer systems including Word and Outlook.
