Working with the Operations Director, the role of Tax Analyst is to assist with the completion of multi jurisdictional tax returns both online and paper format, researching and updating company records on all changes and maintaining audit trails for all clients including account reconciliations at the end of the month.

Key responsibilities

Ensure the smooth running of assigned client's portfolio

Develop and maintain a professional relationship with clients

Act as first point of contact for day to day enquiries

Co-ordinate receipt of data and calculation of taxes

Prepare multi jurisdictional tax returns

Resolve any identified discrepancies

Attend training courses

Research and update company records

Maintain complete audit trails

Skills required

MS Office, especially Excel

Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise

Strong time management

Self motivated

Essential to have high standards of numeracy

Happy to travel to the London office a couple of times a week.
