Fantastic Temp-Perm Receptionist opportunity at leading interior design company based in Barnes. Salary: £25-28K

Please note: You must be able to start immediately.

Key responsibilities:
? Meeting and greeting
? Answering telephone, fielding calls and taking and relaying messages for all employees
? Managing couriers and post
? Answering door intercom and dealing with enquiries
? Responsibility for the tidy appearance of the reception area, ensuring deliveries are collected promptly
? Ensuring 1st Floor kitchen is clean, tidy and fully stocked at all times
? Preparing Board Room for meetings

? Maintaining the CRM database. Ensuring all new contacts are added and recorded correctly, and ensuring the ongoing process of cleansing all existing data.

? Update speed dial telephone lists and circulate
? General office duties as required
? Assist PA's and Office Manager as required
? Ensuring all office supplies are kept fully stocked
? Arranging daily staff lunches

Person requirements:

? Microsoft Office skills
? High level of accuracy and attention to detail
? Excellent organisational skills
? Clear and concise written and oral communication skills
? Previous experience in a similar administrative role
? Happy to work in a small team
? Confident and outgoing
