There are over 350 centres delivering YMCA Awards qualifications within the UK and internationally. YMCA Awards now has an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Executive to join the team to proactively target and contact existing centres to promote and upsell YMCA Awards products and services via telephone and email. Working closely with the Head of Commercial you will be responsible for generating appointments for the Business Managers and maintaining regular communication with the centres. You will have the opportunity to attend events across the UK to represent and promote YMCA Awards and will be involved in marketing campaigns with the opportunity to develop the social media platforms.

To succeed in the role you will be able to work on your own initiative and have the ability to build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. You will have some experience of working in sales and promotions and be familiar with working to targets. It would be advantageous if you have an understanding of vocational qualifications including Apprenticeships or experience of working within the education sector. This role would also suit a graduate/apprentice who is looking for an opportunity to begin their career with a globally recognised brand.
