Role

It will be your responsibility to get on the phone and hunt out business opportunities with companies on the move and in need of a great new office design for their new home. If relevant, you’ll book an appointment for directors to meet with these potential clients.

Without you and the rest of sales team, there is no business so if you do this role well, you’ll be given great opportunities for career development with the company.

Person

To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a telesales role, preferably within the Design & Build industry.
  • Hunger to succeed and the drive to hit targets.
  • An outgoing and sociable personality - it’s likely you’re full of energy and love getting involved in team activities.

Package

On offer is a base salary of up to £45,000. You can expect to earn up to an additional £25,000 in commission in your first year with this company. You’ll also receive impressive benefits from subsidised gym membership to pool tables and even an office dog.
