EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF - £55,000 - STUNNING 5 STAR HOTEL - LONDON
This stunning 5 Star Hotel, which is part of a well-known company, is seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to over the entire F&B operation. You will be creating fresh British/European cuisine using only the finest available seasonal ingredients and everything is prepared fresh on site. You must have proven experience within 5 star hotels in a senior role. You must also have strong management and motivational skills as well as banqueting & restaurant experience.
As Executive Sous Chef, you will be leading a team of 30 chefs, with additional resources as needed. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the banqueting and private dining operation which includes menu planning and you will be reporting directly to the Executive Chef. You would also be responsible for training the junior chefs in the brigade. An excellent salary package of £55,000 per annum, along with excellent company benefits, is available for the right Sous Chef.
