We are currently recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a client of ours based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.

This role is on a permanent basis with a salary up to £23,000 per annum depending on experience and includes a range of fantastic benefits!

Key duties:

*Processing purchase invoices
*Processing purchase orders
*Matching invoices to orders to delivery notes (3 way match)
*Processing staff expenses
*Dealing with suppliers & queries
*Reconciling supplier statements
*Daily filing of invoices & statements
*Answering the telephone & distributing faxes
*Other ad-hoc tasks as necessary
*Covering other roles within the department as and when required

Requirements:

* Proven purchase ledger experience
* Knowledge of Sage is advantageous
