Purchase Ledger Clerk-Finance Assistant required to work for a prestige service organisation on the outskirts of Manchester (Stretford). My client is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk-Finance assistant who has a minimum of 12 months experience within a finance role. As a Purchase Ledger Clerk-Finance Assistant you will work with the finance team and report directly to the Finance Manager. Some of your duties will be

Duties

  • Processing supplier invoices onto the accounting system
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Coding supplier invoices
  • General finance administration

Experience Required

  • A minimum of 12 months experience within a purchase ledger-finance role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player - outgoing personality
