My client is a specialist upmarket jewellery retailer with established and loyal client base and exciting further brand expansion and growth plans. They are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of the brands' 360 communication and marketing activities working hand in hand with the Directors and the senior management team.

The right person for the role is someone hands-on, strategic and able to work autonomously and take initiative when needed. This role will be mainly focused on Ecommerce and Digital Marketing management, but also give the opportunity to be involved in traditional Marketing functions, as the brand grows.

Responsibilities:

*Develop and execute 360 marketing strategy, calendar and set annual marketing budget
*Manage all aspects of the ecommerce website, communicating with the agency
*Provide in-depth analysis and reports of website performance and analytics, along with recommendations, insight and feedback
*Liaise with buyers and merchandisers to identify and select marketing opportunities for new products
*Ensure the site is optimised for SEO and all titles, and meta descriptions are maintained to the best standards
*Manage all content on the website, including imagery, product descriptions and content
*Manage Google Adwords account and Facebook advertising including budgets and PPC
*Build email newsletters with content and artwork, as per marketing plan
*Act as Manager and Editor of all branded social media channels: Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest

Requirements:

*Considerable experience of working on ecommerce retail platforms within a comparable fashion or jewellery business
*Ability to manage and direct website development, technical and aesthetic, navigation, performance and functionality efforts to deliver ecommerce sales growth
*Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make actionable and well-reasoned business recommendations
*Highly numerate and excited to work with data
*Proven track record of delivering sales growth within the UK market
*Experience of optimising websites for optimal SEO and PPC performance
* Excellent project management and collaborative skills and a creative, confident approach to problem-solving
