Your new role
As an IT Support Analyst You will be working in a team of 12 people, 5 which are on the service desk (between London and Leeds). You will be providing first-class high-end support to the internal user base, including VIPs! You will be working to resolve queries, over the phone and remotely, however most will be face-to-face. You might be required to visit other sites in the UK.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be proficient in Office 2010, Active Directory, MS Exchange 2010, basic networking experience and ideally some VMWare experience combined with hardware experience of building PCs. Previous experience of working in a legal environment is preferred but not essential.
