Web Analyst - Luxury Client Side Brand
£36k | Central London

Due to the recent growth of their digital channels, a world-renowned retailer are looking for an experienced and driven Web Analyst to join the team. Someone who will continue to drive growth forward whilst at the same time delivering on their core proposition and quality service

The Role:

  • Analyse data to identify and interpret trends, providing actionable insight recommendations to influence and support trading decisions.

  • Analyse customer and visitor user behaviour, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution.

  • Develop a true multi-channel understanding of customer and visitor behaviour and requirements.

  • Analyse ROI to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns through different channels, including digital acquisition, CRM and social. Identify performance issues and providing improvement recommendations.

  • Present findings and analysis to colleagues at all levels within the business.

  • Produce KPI reports; daily, weekly, periodically and ad-hoc.

  • Define improvements to platform tagging and campaign tracking.

  • Identify improvements to current analytical methodologies and procedures

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in all areas of the business to enhance reporting and performance measurement. Conduct detailed analysis work.

  • Assist Digital Marketing Manager with segmentation and analysis of email data

Skills Required:

  • Previous experience of working in an analytic role in an ecommerce environment.

  • Excellent working knowledge of Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills,

  • Able to analyse data from various sources in an organised and logical manner, then clearly communicate outcome of analysis to a non-numerical audience.

  • Able to translate numerical data and analysis findings into actionable recommendations to improve Trading performance.

  • Highly analytical and numerate, with attention to detail

  • Comfortable working with different systems and juggling multiple tasks

  • Self-motivated, and a proactive attitude to work
