Registered Home Manager job based in Chelsea, London, managing a Care Home for the elderly - £40-45k.

Your new company
You will be the Registered Manager for a 44 bedded Care Home for the Elderly based in Chelsea, London. St Wilfrid's has been providing outstanding care and support for the Elderly for over 40 years, currently holding a CQC rating of Good, and they offer a wide range of facilities and holistic services within the Home.

Your new role
Reporting into the General Manager and working closely with them, you will be the Registered Home Manager and will have responsibility for the operational day-to-day running of all aspects of the Home in line with the ethos of the Organisation. You will be the CQC Registered Manager and will ensure compliance with all internal and external measures of compliance and quality, and deputising for the General Manager as required. You will have the chance to shape the strategic director of the Home and will have responsibility for c.30 care staff.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have extensive experience as the Registered Manager of a Residential Care Home for the elderly and will hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 4 or a relevant equivalent or a Nursing Qualification (including inactive PINs). With extensive operational experience of managing all facets of a Residential Home, you will be able to demonstrate and evidence a strong track record for maintaining a compliant Home and will ensure that care delivery comes first. You will have a proactive management style and will be able to work collaboratively with the General Manager to ensure the successful management of all aspects of the Care Home.
