Client & Consultancy Support Associate - Corporate Pensions

Birmingham

£25,000 + Package

A leading UK Financial Services Group that are continuing to expand at a rapid rate are looking to attract a highly competent candidate to join there Consultancy department which provides advice to UK Corporate Company’s on DC Pension Schemes. This key roles involves a high degree of both client and consultant support.

Specifics of the role will include -

  • Supporting consultants with the preparation of presentations, reports, new business proposals and client reviews
  • Managing client relationships and queries over the telephone, email and in writing
  • Attending client meetings and providing all necessary support.
  • Ensure that all compliance, FCA regulations and internal processes and procedures are followed
  • Update all client documentation changes
  • Take part in all team meetings and play an active part in discussing objectives
  • Be willing to train and develop your skill set and improve your technical knowledge
