This is an opportunity to join a mid-sized, vibrant, and entrepreneurially led, fully integrated agency based on the outskirts of Manchester.
To work closely with creatives, digital and client services teams, and provide leadership and actively develop insightful brand strategies that set the foundation to build the most compelling interactions for their clients. You will define and implement campaign and brand strategy, objectives and success criteria that results in industry leading programs that drive visibility and engagement. This will be in addition to defining reports and KPIs to enable agency teams to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. You will ensure strong collaborative relationships with key agency peers/departments, and with client partners to consistently elevate the quality of thinking and ideas applied to the clients' business. You will also play a part in actively growing the abilities and skill of the department members through formal/informal training programs, mentorship and hands-on learning.
What we're looking for
The ideal is to hire someone who is probably a senior planner in a reputable agency looking for the next step - i.e. an opportunity to fast track to a Head of Planning role within a short space of time. You will need integrated and digital know-how, and be a hands-on strategic planner, capable of using qualitative and quantitative research models to gather insight and thoughts. You will be able to plan and facilitate comprehensive workshops, report, analyse and apply learning and outputs from discovery. It is very important that you can develop creative briefs and provide concise and inspirational input to agency teams, and coordinate and collaborate with all agency disciplines to assure integration and synergy. You will be effective with and personal presentations to staff, clients and prospects, and be able to plan, write up and, where required, present planning sections of new business proposals.
What's on offer?
A salary of between £35,000 - £40,000 as well as the opportunity to join an agency which is stable, and has enjoyed serious growth over the last few years.
