Payroll Coordinator working for a recognised retailer based in Buckinghamshire which offers excellent career progression and stability. The role will be to ensure their outsourced payroll and any projects are completed effectively, accurately and in a timely manner. On a day to day basis the incumbent will be responsible for the following duties;
- To ensure all procedures/processes are documented and adhere to adhere to all deadlines as indicated on the monthly processing timetable and associated procedures
- Calculate and deduct all statutory payments To process all appropriate information received from the Customer and investigate as appropriate and in consultation with the customer when information is incomplete or inaccurate
- To ensure security, data protection and confidentiality is maintained on all systems used
- Ensure timely and accurate creation and submission of P60`s, P11d`s and year end completion
