1st and 2nd Line Support Engineer / Helpdesk Analyst / Field:

Our client is an innovative, growing and hugely successful IT company based in Brighton. Due to continued success and an incredibly loyal client base, they are now looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

They is huge opportunity within this role for you to quickly progress your skills and technical knowledge. You will be working on the busy helpdesk dealing with a wide range of issues, but you will also have the opportunity to attend site visits and play a key role in IT projects. The sky is the limit with this role!

We are looking for someone who has a minimum of two years’ experience of supporting clients, either remotely through a helpdesk system, or by visiting client sites. You will have the basics of networking and server including Microsoft cloud solutions, Exchange, Active Directory and Group Policy, Office 365, backup and anti-virus solutions and general desktop applications.

In addition, the client will provide training for industry recognised qualifications such as Microsoft, as well as a company car for site visits, company mobile and laptop, team nights out and lots more! Sound interesting? Contact us today!
