Picton West is working with a long established electrical and mechanical company in Southampton and together we are recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator.
Duties for the Receptionist/Administrator role include:
- Reporting to the Regional Manager
- Sales Order Processing
- Purchase Ordering
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Assistance with stock control/ordering
- General administration to assist the sales team
The successful candidate will ideally:
- have experience in purchasing, stock control
- be competent with MS office
- show exceptional administration skills
- possess a confident and polite telephone manner
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.
Salary is £17,000 - £20,000 per annum depending on experience.
