Campaign Manager - £25,000 - Manchester

Leading Brand Activation Agency with sites based in Manchester. Our aim is to devise and deliver brand activation campaigns that influence the purchasing behaviour of consumers by seamlessly integrating multiple communication channels and using these to convey the brand’s core value and messages in a cohesive way. As recognised industry experts we sit on the Direct Marketing Associations’ Brand Activation Council helping to produce industry best practice guidelines.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:


? Respond to client briefs to establish a clear project plan for the campaign.

? Act as a key point of contact to oversee the delivery of correct and completed client work on time and to schedule, managing SLAs, turnaround times and campaign costs with client.

? Identify and coordinate all relevant internal resources that need to contribute to the planning, specification, creation or delivery of the campaign.

? Create and maintain a detailed scope of work that clearly sets out the agreed tasks and deliverables for N2O.

? Write coherent briefs for relevant departments, including creative, design, Content, Operations, Technical and Production.

? Lead day to day management of any client deliverables and successful closure of any issues.

? Manage and document any change requests and adjust cost estimates and critical paths accordingly. ? Develop key relationships with clients.

Essential

? Studied up to A level standard or equivalent.
? Project leadership experience.
? Excellent written and spoken English skills in order to write strong campaign reports, training documents and deliver solid presentations.
? Strong experience of working as a Campaign / Account Manager / Executive in a similar client or agency environment
? Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to multi task and prioritise conflicting deadlines and work across multiple fast-moving projects with multiple clients.
? Previous responsibility of managing day to day client relationships with the ability to carefully manage expectations and build excellent working relationships.
? Good understanding of campaign reporting and analysis.
? High level of IT literacy (MS Office and Excel) including ability to analyse data, use spreadsheets and produce reports.
