This premium drinks brand is seeking a 3 National Account Executive's to work collaboratively with Senior National Account Manager's on key, strategic sectors within the business. With a focus on the non-traditional, at Work and High street channels, this forward thinking business is looking to expand into new sectors that will ultimately heighten the scope of their portfolio. These roles are fundamental to the success of businesses strategic plans for the future and as such require an individual who has ambition an ability to be adaptable, show desire and an unwavering enthusiasm to succeed!

This provides an exciting opportunity to utilise both your proficient account management experience as well as engaging your creativity to drive new business in a previously untapped channels.

These roles have been created for unique yet experienced individuals to come in and offer support on some key, strategic accounts whilst having total and complete autonomy of areas of exciting new business.

The role requires someone self-motivated and hungry for success with the ability to develop insightful business strategies, taking full P&L responsibility and meeting with clients on a regular basis.

The Company:

Our client has a worldwide footprint within the drinks industry, with a portfolio of some of the world most recognisable premium products within the soft drinks sector. We are looking to find ambitious, self-motivated National Account Executives who are currently responsible for establishing strong relationships for their current company.

The Role:

Managing an existing portfolio of non-traditional accounts
A 60% - 40% Account Management to New Business split, with your overall aim to increase accessibility of the product within current and new clients
Adhere to the newly formed 3-year new business plan, developing channel strategies in line with overall company aims
Liaise closely with internal teams such as the marketing, buying, finance and category channels to develop informed commercial business plans
Analysing, reporting and forecasting results in alignment with agreed structured pricing
Analyse existing promotions and implement strategic budget plans
Maintain a strong presence you sector and achieve specific volume
Significant travel to visit and establish contact with current and new clients
A focus on key areas to utilise gaps in the market
The Ideal Candidate:

You must be experienced in managing a full P&L, with full accountability at a national level.
Valid UK driving licence with minimum 12 months driving experience
Experience within the FMCG premium drinks industry
Versatile and creative with the ability to learn things quickly and effectively
PC and Mac Literate with high competency using Microsoft Office
