As a Facilities Helpdesk Manager you will be running a Helpdesk team of 4. The site requires both hard and soft service care and operations. You will be required to be flexible, approachable and passionate about the site and the project at hand. You may be required to take control and train members of staff in best practices and procedures
The right Facilities Helpdesk Manager will be flexible, approachable and passionate in work in the site and working towards the projects ultimate goal. You must has a proven track record in working with a high pressure Helpdesk environment and improving the facilities process.
