Finance and Administrative Assistant

Our client is currently recruiting for an Accounts and Administrative Assistant to join their central Bristol office on an 11 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave.
Finance and Administrative Assistant duties will include;
- Entering purchase ledger invoices onto Sage
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Checking monthly employee expenses onto excel and Sage accounts software
- Entering timesheets and goods received notes on Sage
- Credit control and raising purchase orders
- Performing general office administration duties when necessary
The perfect candidate will have previous finance experience and Sage and Excel experience is essential to succeed.
Job Title: Finance and Administrative Assistant
Salary: Circa £20,000 per annum
Working Hours: Normal office working hours
Location: Central Bristol
