Sales Manager
Plastic Injection Moulding
£35,000 to £40,000 Company Car and Commission
Part office based - Surrey

The Role
The role of the Sales Manager is to provide in-depth technical knowledge and support to our customers, along with first-class commercial sales capabilities, at all levels, for a wide range of Injection Moulding services.

Key Responsibilities:
To achieve sales targets and growth.
To provide an effective day to day customer interface throughout the sales area.
To make prospect / customer visits independently or with the Sales Director.
Efficient management of all quotations, relating to area activities, for the purpose of producing profitable business
Prompt follow-up of all marketing, advertising, direct-mail, exhibition and other prospect leads
Ensuring that all new prospects generated from your own efforts are communicated to internal sales staff.
Efficient and effective planning of prospect / customer visits.
Communication of proposed visit schedules and revisions, and daily visit reports to internal staff
Regular sales forecasting and updating & identification of potential for new products appropriate to market.
Prepare and deliver sales-meeting presentations
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to prospects and customers

The Candidate
Successful candidates must have strong knowledge and grounding within Engineering
Proven experience selling into the following markets; Automotive, Aerospace, Food & Bev or Medical
You must possess a full driving licence and be located within the South East
Minimum 2 years technical sales experience, selling to end customers, OEM' s.
Must be motivated and pro-active.
