CDP, Sr Sous & Pastry Chefs
Our client is a world famous restaurant brand based in London who currently have 5 restaurants and is ever expanding. They are currently looking for talented and creative chefs to work in two of their restaurants:
The first restaurant is based in Soho, the second in Spitalfields, both is a high volume restaurant working in a relatively small kitchen. The restaurant offers an exciting menu which celebrates bold flavours and they work with only the freshest and most seasonal of products.
The restaurants serve breakfast, lunch, pre-theatre and dinner menus. They are recruiting for roles in the following disciplines:
Senior Sous Chef - £30-£32k + £4k bonus
Pastry Chef - £24-£26k + £2k bonus
2 x Chef De Parties - £20-£22k
Candidates interested in these positions should:
- Be able to demonstrate a solid background of working in a busy and high volume restaurant
- Be used to working with fresh produce
- Have good knife skills
- Be a confident communicator
- Have a real flair for flavours
- Be passionate about food
