Your new job
Reporting into the General Manager, you will be the Registered Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high standard of care and support to all of the people supported in the service. You will work with your Team Leaders to ensure the service remains compliant to CQC standards and will lead the staff team to ensure that the care and support delivered is focused on person centred outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience as a Registered Manager within the Adults Learning Disability sector, ideally with experience of managing services across multiple sites. You will have an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or a relevant equivalent and will have a strong and up to date knowledge of the Adult Social Care sector. You will place the service user at the heart of everything you do and will work with energy and creativity to oversee the delivery of a high quality service.
