My client a housing association based in West London is currently looking for a Customer Acquisition Manager on a permanent basis with a salary of up to £49,642 per annum.

You will play a key role in an exciting new structure aimed at optimising the process of sourcing of new customers for the properties. You will directly manage a team of Product Specialists with in depth experience of their products (be it social housing, key living or market rent) and you will be responsible for a wider team of experienced professionals, playing a key part in the shaping of this brand new function.

You will:

-Lead a group of Product Specialists who will manage specialist teams responsible for the sourcing and acquisitions of new customers for the organisations properties
-Lead on process design and continuous improvement to ensure that new customers gain a lasting excellent opinion of our organisation
-Manage performance, defining and refining metrics, on all aspects of customers acquisitions, with particular attention to minimising void loss and ensuring lasting and sustainable income
-Manage resources of the Customer Acquisitions team, ensuring adequate cross-product training is provided to realise efficiencies
-Act as key point of contact for partner organisations (such as Local Authorities) for all Customer Acquisitions matters
-Design strategies for the optimisation of product assignment to new and existing customers
-Work in partnership with the Head of New Product Development to ensure a smooth transition of new products to the operational teams

About you:

-You are motivated and passionate about quality of service and improvement
-You have significant experience of management in Social Housing or Private Sector rentals
-You are a strong people manager with a passion for developing others and supporting effective team formation
-You are familiar with change management techniques and enjoy developing others through coaching
-You have an excellent track record of stakeholder management at all levels
-You are able to operate independently and in alignment with strategic goals

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS
