An one of a kind opportunity for a Global Digital Operations Standardisation Manager working within an data specialist division within one of the biggest media agencies in the world.

With the increase in demand for data and digital, this business are are the forefront of change, ensuring that their offering to market is progressive and ahead of its competition.

This role requires and experience digital operations candidate to introduce consistency and standardisation across the operations and campaign process.

The role will be accountable for short and long term development of naming conventions for campaigns and client reporting, driving a standard approach to to operations and campaign management globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Information gathering on taxonomies currently deployed across global clients and local clients in key markets
  • Development and agreement to an accepted, future-proof taxonomy for global clients and framework for local clients in key markets
  • Evangelise and educate colleagues about the benefits of adopting standard taxonomies through the building of relationships, deployment of tools and benefit analysis.
  • Lead the development of a naming tool that will standardise campaign reporting for our clients
  • Creation of a rollout plan for taxonomy adoption across global clients and local clients in key markets
  • Conduct regular analysis to assess taxonomy adherence as well as current suitability, further developmental requirements etc

Requirements:

  • An ad operation background or practical working knowledge or ad servers, programmatic and data management platforms
  • Experienced in working comfortably with internal and external stakeholders internationally
  • Knowledge of HTML, Flash, Rich Media and Ad Serving practices
  • Knowledge of viewability, verification, fraud etc
  • A background in ad operations, campaign management and management of these teams is desirable
