A Court of Protection Solicitor is required for a rewarding opportunity within a multi-service law firm. The role will be based in their Central Manchester office and offers and excellent salary and benefits package.

My client is a highly regarded and respected Legal 500 firm who are recognised as a leading player within the legal services market.

You will be joining the Court of Protection team in the Manchester office and will be responsible for handling a range of services including deputyships, trusts, lasting and enduring powers of attorney and statutory Will and gift applications.

Applications are invited from experienced Court of Protection Solicitors. Private Client Solicitors who have handled Court of Protection files as part of a broader case-load will also be considered. You will have the ability to build and develop strong relationships with a wide range of people and have excellent client servicing skills.
