My client are a small Accountancy Practice based in Central London. They are seeking either a part time or Full time Payroller/Bookkeeper to join their team. They specialise in helping small and medium-sized companies with compliance services including bookkeeping, management accounts, VAT returns and Accounts and Tax returns preparations. Their clients cover a range of industry sectors including finance, property, architects and consulting and use a Cloud based Accounting.

Collation of payroll data from clients
The Payroll will include both weekly and monthly clients and employees will range per client from 3 – 150 people.
Sending BACS via client own account or company account, asking for payment from clients if paid from company account.
Sending FPS & EPS to HMRC
Setting new companies with HMRC & on system
Setting up new Contractors and Subcontractors with HMRC
Balancing payrolls, deducting Employers allowance where appropriate, each month for payment of PAYE to HMRC
Producing journals for accounts.
General Bookkeeping

£25-28k pro rata dependent on experience
Discretionary Bonus base on Company profits
Holiday - 28 days (incl bank holidays)

Producing journals for accounts.
General Bookkeeping experience would also be advantageous
