At Select Norwich we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled Chef de Partie. The client is an award-winning restaurant based in Woodbridge, Suffolk. Placed within the top 50 Gastro Pub venues in the UK and featured in the Michelin pub guide, the restaurant serves fresh pub food with creative flare. Our client has a strong focus on seasonal and locally sourced produce which is served in a rustic and cosy setting.

The Role

  • Work as a skilled and confident Chef de Partie in a busy, ambitious restaurant
  • Cooking with fresh, seasonal and local produce, to consistently produce the highest standard of food
  • Cooking with a small brigade in a fast-paced environment
  • Create and deliver dishes to a high standard

Experience and Skills required

  • Previous Rosette or Michelin experience desired in Chef de Partie role
  • Experience working in a busy, fine-dining establishment
  • Must be a team player
  • Have strong experience in all sections of the kitchen

  • Passion for working with fresh and seasonal ingredients to create exciting dishes with flair and creativity
  • Be a motivated and driven Chef de Partie with ambition to develop your skill set and learn new techniques in an exciting venue

Salary and Benefits

  • £17-£19K dependant on experience + up to £5K tips
