A rare opportunity has been created at one of the regions most prestigious firms for a Sales Ledger Supervisor that is looking to make a positive move in their career.

Overseeing a team of 3 you will manage the sales ledger function along with ensuring that the 5 ledgers are reconciled to strict month end deadlines.

Below are a summary of the additional duties:

*Invoicing across multiple currencies
*Controlling the invoicing schedule
*Reconciliation of sales ledger control accounts across 5 ledgers
*Monthly review of ledger
*Posting GBP & currency bank receipts
*Processing nominal ledger journals
*Reconciliation of sales ledger accounts & housekeeping across the ledger
*Liaising with internal and external customers
*Oversee invoicing & query resolution
*Supervising, training and developing staff members

Anyone applying for the position will need to be able to demonstrate:

*Experience of operating as a senior in sales ledger environment
*A proactive approach to reviewing the sales ledger
*Be computer literate, familiar with Microsoft office or similar packages
*A practical approach to problem solving
*Organised and methodical
*Ability to work in a team environment
