Job Title: IT Services Support Officer

Location: Buckingham, MK18

Salary: Up to £33,000 (depending on skills and experience) - Full Time

Closing Date: 4.30pm on Friday 24th February 2017

Job Role:

This varied and challenging role encompasses areas such as: administering back-end server systems, testing and deploying new applications, providing in-depth technical backup to the Helpdesk team, Active Directory administration and creating reference Windows desktop images for roll-out.

The Candidate:

  • The successful candidate will have experience in securing, administering and supporting Microsoft operating systems and applications in a networked environment.
  • They will have a keen mind (evidenced by a degree-level education or, exceptionally, equivalent experience), a pro-active approach to problem solving, excellent communication and documentation skills and a customer service focus, attention to detail and dedication to see things through to polished completion.
