Package: £25,000 + Uncapped Bonus and Package

The Role:
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join this growing brewery in their head offices in Winchester. This new role entails retaining and expanding the customer base, creating and promoting new business and using your charismatic personality to make a difference within the sector. Working as a key member of their sales team you will be responsible for reporting on your accounts, having regular contact with regional and national customers.

The Person:
We are looking for someone who can deliver increased distribution of their wide-range of brands by developing and expanding key relationships with clients and brewer customers. It is essential that the candidate is enthusiastic, eager and efficient to learn.

*A strong background of hitting/exceeding targets.
*Understanding of an innovative brand and what this entails from a sales perspective.
*Must understand the importance of working in a team and building strong/ trusting relationships with colleagues.
*Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
*Excellent negotiation skills - you will regularly pushing for optimum pricing
*Exceptional organisation and communication skills
*An ability to manage existing portfolios, whilst seeking new business opportunities
*Self-motivation with an entrepreneurial 'can do' attitude

The Ideal Candidate:
*Someone who connects with people with ease and who understands the importance of growing and maintaining strong client relationships which will lead them to having a long lasting and strong portfolio.
*Someone who understands the product and can pitch to a client with clarity and confidence.
*The ability to effectively communication via telephone and face to face meeting.
*Someone who goes out of their way to make a deal successful.
*Someone with a strong personality and the drive to succeed.
*Must be able to work well independently and organise their time efficiently to get the best outcome.
*The willingness to work 60% of their time within the head office and 40% of their time in the field.

The Key Responsibilities:
*Take ownership of key customers by identifying opportunities for brand development within a given area
*Create commercial joint business plans with key customers and groups
*Target key accounts to further develop the brand portfolio
*Retain key accounts by building key and significant relationships
*Liaise with internal stakeholders to promote best practise within the business
*Sell in and authorise draught installs in line with premium brand quality
*Work with the marketing, brand and sales team and share best practice for the business
*Assist with training and development of the sales team and become an ambassador for the products
